User Tip: To achieve the optimum support for your neck and to help prevent your chin and head resting on the “ridge” of the pillow, angle the pillow (45°) so that the front of the “ridge” is touching the clavicle. The head and chin will naturally fall onto the flat side of the pillow with the neck being supported by the “ridge”. If the “ridge” is used repeatedly to support the head the “ridge” will lose its shape and become ineffective in supporting the neck.
