We do not operate a fixed minimum order charge. A charge of £9.99 excluding V.A.T will be added to orders under £100.00 net. Anything over £99.99 net delivery is free of charge. Some items may incur an extra delivery charge i.e. offshore islands, very large heavy items etc, however, we would advise you of the cost at the time of ordering. All orders of stock items will be despatched within 3-5 working days on a next day delivery service unless otherwise notified. If you have any special delivery requirements, please state these at time of ordering.

Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting items back into the warehouse. There will be very limited exceptions but customers will need a returns authorisation number beforehand. Any goods received in without prior authorisation will be sent back to the customer. You may return most new, unopened products fulfilled by HCE within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Returned goods must be accompanied by a Returns Number:- Goods authorised for a return within 14 days of despatch – 100% allowance less charges. Any other goods – no allowance. We offer many payment options.

There is the option to apply for a 30 day account for frequent customers, usually NHS or businesses. This will give you the option to pay by invoice.

We also offer the ability to pay by a range of credit and debit cards, along with PayPal which can be much more convenient.

We can offer a full calibration service on site for the majority of equipment on your premises including B.P. Monitors, Defibrillators, Scales and Spirometers etc. Certificates of Certification will be issued for each item. Price on application.

We have a very advanced product search box which will allow you to find any product with the correct keyword.
