Labcold Stacking Kit

The Labcold stacking kit has been designed to solve two frequent problems:

• Lack of floor space.
• The need to store items at different, but precise temperatures.

The Labcold stacking kit allows you to safely and securely stack a combination of our 150 litre refrigerators on a similarly sized Ward, IntelliCold pharmacy or Sparkfree refrigerator and the 124 litre sparkfree freezer.

By using the stacking kit option turns two undercounter units into a fridge freezer. This offers benefits over the integrated fridge freezer as the end user gets two individual units running independently of each other so they get better performance for both compartments, plus if one unit goes down, you can replace that section as opposed to the whole thing. Digital temperature display, alarms, access ports and locks are all standard as opposed to being chargeable options or add ons with the fridge/freezer. Also, there is flexibility to choose either the spark free fridge, RLPR0517, for the top (0 to 10 degrees) or the pharmacy fridge, RLDF0519, for the top (2 to 8 degrees) depending on temperature requirements whereas with the fridge freezer, the only option is a spark free fridge compartment with 0 to 10 degree temp range.

Featuring a powder coated stainless steel construction, the stacking kit ensures that the top fridge or freezer is securely held in place with no risk of tipping or falling. In addition, the stacking kit is designed so that the top fridge or freezer has su cient clearance from the bottom fridge or freezer to ensure that door openings, ventilation and performance are not compromised by being stacked.

Ideal for use where space is limited but two types of fridge or freezers are required such as Emergency Departments and small laboratories, the Labcold stacking kit allows you to save oor space without compromising on safety.
