Purdue Pegboard Test
The Purdue Pegboard Test is a standardised assessment tool used to evaluate manual dexterity, fine finger control and hand-eye coordination. It is commonly used in occupational therapy, hand therapy, rehabilitation, vocational assessment and functional capacity testing.
The board includes two parallel rows of holes and dedicated storage cups for pins, washers and collars. It supports right-hand, left-hand, both-hand and assembly tasks, allowing clinicians to assess unilateral and bilateral hand function in a structured format.
