TruCorp’s AirSim Advance Bronchi X, Airway Management Trainer, can be adjusted to allow for different training scenarios. This design, and the quick set up, means that it’s suitable for use with both beginner and experienced trainees.

The Advance Bronchi X model has visually accurate airways and anatomically correct bronchi to the fourth generation, giving realistic user feedback during airway management and diagnostic procedures.

This true-to-life experience helps trainees become familiar with the physical requirements of intubation and ventilation techniques. With the additional bronchioles, users can train in lung suction, and lung isolation techniques, including, bronchial blocker insertion, single and double endobronchial tubes, and specialised stents.

Cleaning

• Thoroughly clean the airway with warm, soapy water or mild detergent, until foreign matter and residue is removed
• As a further step to fully sanitise the product, use an alcohol spray (75%+) and wipe off (This can be performed on both the silicone and latex parts of the manikin)

Safety

• Components inside this trainer contain latex
• Ensure use of protective gloves when handling the latex airway
• Spray lubricant on the airway and equipment prior to use, to aid the procedure and reduce risk of damage to the material
• Do not use strong detergents or enzymatic cleaning agents on this trainer, such as, germicides, disinfectants, chemical agents, ethylene oxide, phenol-based or iodine containing cleaners
