The HEINE K180 LED F.O. Otoscope Head is a durable 2.5V diagnostic instrument designed for clear examination of the ear canal and tympanic membrane. Its fibre-optic illumination system delivers even, reflex-free light, while HEINE LEDHQ technology provides bright, natural colour rendering.

A 3x magnifying acrylic viewing window provides a sharp, distortion-free image and can be swivelled aside for instrumentation. The lightweight shock-resistant polycarbonate housing makes the K180 well suited to everyday use in GP surgeries, hospitals and other clinical environments.

This product contains the otoscope head only. Handle and ear tips are supplied separately.

Does the HEINE K180 B-001.11.550 include reusable ear tips?
No. B-001.11.550 is supplied as the otoscope head only. The B-001.11.551 version is the corresponding 2.5V K180 head supplied with four reusable tips.

Is this the LED or halogen version of the K180?
The current HEINE B-001.11.550 is the 2.5V LED version and uses HEINE LEDHQ illumination. Older product descriptions referring to XHL xenon-halogen illumination are no longer accurate for the current catalogue version.
