Developed with patient safety in mind, the INNOV8 iQ beds have been designed to meet the increasingly high demands of a modern hospital environment and satisfy the highest standards for safety and reliability. This versatile range of beds is ideal for use in general ward areas, specialist areas and for high dependent patients in CCU and HDU.

The Innov8 IQ electric profiling 4 section bed is suitable as an acute general ward bed and as an intensive care bed. It has been developed to maintain patient independence as well as promoting ease of use for the carer. When ordering please select your preferred choice of side rails to help protect against the risk of falls or incidents.

Please note for home/residential use, a pre-delivery inspection is required. On-site inspection at an extra cost, plus depending on the inspection there may be further charges for dismantling and reassembling of bed in room of use. There may be a lead time for this

Bed Key Features:

• Simultaneous operation of the cardiac chair and tilt functions combined with auto regression improves patient positioning, mobilisation and rehabilitation.
• A choice of cantilevered or split side rails are available to suit both patient, carer and environment.
• Optional split side rails lower to below the level of the mattress to help patients get in and out of bed easily, with self-lowering function for ease of use.
• Smooth, electrically operated backrest, height and kneebreak (with battery backup)
• Patient and carer/nurse handset operates the platform height, backrest and knee break movements.
• Removable, blow moulded mattress platform panels for ease of cleaning.
• Battery back up is available as standard.
• Easy access manual CPR handle with CPR mechanism. Electric CPR is located on the nurse handset.
• Integrated linen shelf built into the footend of the bed.
• Extendable mattress platform length for taller patients (+20cm).
• Bed is very easy to manoeuvre into place as required.
• Removable head/foot ends with colour coding options.
• Under-bed light illuminates the floor around the bed.
• Optional X-ray backrest available.
