The tri-sectional, Soft Touch Pro is a dual hot or cold pad that permits specific treatment of the neck, kidney, back and shoulder regions. It is quick to heat in the microwave or can be cooled in the fridge or freezer compartment, it even maintains is flexibility once cooled. It offers pleasant heat regulation, is a perfect tri sectional fit and is easy to clean.

• to use warm:
• heat in microwave (600 to 800W) maximum duration 60 seconds
• knead pad to distribute heat
• if required hotter, a futher maximum duration 15 seconds
• knead pad to distribute heat
• repeat until desired temperature is achieved
• DO NOT heat for longer periods of time, only heat for 60 seconds and multiples of individual 15 seconds
• to use cold:
• intially cool in freezer - 2 hours
• store in the refridgerator at 0 to 2 degrees C
• return to refridgerator to cool after use
• easy to handle remains soft at all times
