The absorbent pad includes a low-adherent wound contact layer, allowing blood and exudate to pass into the dressing while helping reduce trauma and discomfort during removal. In addition, the breathable non-woven backing is permeable to moisture vapour, helping reduce moisture build-up beneath the dressing. PRIMAPORE is easy to apply, with split protector paper designed to support a clean application technique without touching the absorbent pad or adhesive area.
