An excellent quality diagnostic set with the advanced features of Welch Allyn's MacroView otoscope, the coaxial ophthalmoscope and a C-Cell battery handle.
The advanced features of the new otoscope offer a significant improvement in diagnostic capabilities. With 30% greater magnification and twice the field of view compared to conventional otoscopes, it provides a large, almost complete view of the tympanic membrane. The focusing wheel allows for precise adjustments to the focal depth without needing to reposition the otoscope, accommodating both the practitioner's vision and the variable length of the patient's ear canal. The Halogen HPX™ lamp ensures true tissue color and consistent, long-lasting performance. The specula ejector allows for hygienic touch-free disposal of used speculae, while the insufflation port enables gentle manipulation of the tympanic membrane.
